Summary: My group had the most amazing stay here. The house is very spacious, along with a beautiful backyard, which I think is the main selling point. We were able to take a walk down the road to purchase some flowers from a sweet little farm. The home was clean, some of the bathrooms could use a little bit better of a clean. Overall though, a great stay with great memories made.

Summary: We had a great stay here with friends. Beautiful area, close to many wineries, town, etc. We would gladly stay here again or come back with our children. Only confusion was that there is a separate small apt. attached to the house, and we didn't know that. It was no problem as it was just an older, nice family member, just helpful to know and have info about where to park (what side of driveway). House was clean and very fun to stay in and we'd love to come back in the summer to enjoy the backyard more.

Summary: Very nice home in Virgil so not so close to Niagara on the Lake but certainly drivable. Well furnished with a master bedroom being a perfect size with attached bathroom and tub. Second bedroom in the basement had two queens but bathroom across on the other side. A bit less convenient but was workable for our friends. Kitchen was well stocked but cookware had seen better days and dishes were a mixed bag of random pieces. Overall functional but could definitely use a refresh. Living room was perfect with plenty of seating. The place was quite dirty so had to spend some time cleaning the sinks and bathrooms. Walls, doors, cupboards all had grime and fingerprints so the place really needed a deep clean. Since we were on vacation cleaned what was necessary. The Owner did leave cleaning supplies in the closet and did leave instructions on where things were. No shampoo in the master bathroom so had to share with our friend’s bathroom downstairs. No body-wash or such so had to go out and buy that as well. Couldn’t use the back deck as it was a total mess, not like the pics at all. Cobwebs, leafs, and dirt everywhere so sadly we had to stay inside. Guess it was the end of the season for tourists so probably why things were not up to the standard presented in the pics. Note there is a private suite that was not disclosed. Overall enjoyed our stay, after spending the first day cleaning but I don’t think this is their normal standard as the other reviews only had good comments.

Summary: generally a very nice place for 6 of us to stay and spend some quality family time together. some areas could use a bit of attention as far as cleanliness (oven, back of bathroom doors) and fridge and freezer had items left in them bed in master bedroom was very comfortable coffee and filters were provided which was a very nice touch! good communication with owners for minor problem. generally very attentive would recommend

Summary: Had a wonderful time staying at this house. The house was clean, tidy, and roomy and the pool was not chlorine based so it was very gentle to our skin and hair. We were walking distance to a little roadside fruit market as well as a little bakery that we visited almost daily. The owners were very nice and accommodating. We would highly recommend this listing. listing.

Summary: My family stayed here on a vacation we took to both relax and take our kids to see the falls. We’ve been to Niagara on the lake several times and love the wineries in the area, but this was our first time using Vrbo in that area. The location was perfect, right near Pilliterri, restaurants, not far from NOTL and a short drive to the falls and butterfly conservatory. The property was nicely decorated, very comfortable, and just perfect. And they even made sure to message when they needed to stop by and put out the trash. We would definitely stay there again! Also my kids both loved the house and they are 14 and 10.

Summary: This place is fabulous. Very clean, spacious and a lot of extras (games, toys etc). Pool was amazing and my girls spent most the week in it. Backyard was very comfortable and relaxing as well. I highly recommend staying here and we hope to return next summer!

Summary: We are a group of friends that get together every couple of years for 3/4 days. We enjoyed the house, swimming pool and the backyard. The beds were comfortable and linens well stocked. Kitchen well stocked. Air conditioning was very good. Communications with host were also good. The hosts were willing to allow 3 friends from the area to visit one afternoon which was appreciated. Our only idea for improvement is to have suggestions for alternate parking if necessary. Parking on the busy street did seem risky. Because we were in a very residential area we were afraid of making too much noise. So while the rental was true to its description, I’m not sure we would return because of the lack of privacy.
